1. The service

Promote HQ provides growth-intelligence, content generation, scheduling, publishing and analytics for connected sources and social accounts.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you approve or publish and for complying with each platform's terms.
• You must have authority to connect the accounts and data sources you link.
• You must not use the service to deceive, spam, or violate applicable law.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees are exclusive of tax unless stated. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled. Failed payments may result in read-only access.

4. Availability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. Third-party platform availability, API changes and provider reviews may affect features.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promote HQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the performance of content once published.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users.
